​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Name spelling, if you would like a specific spelling please do write your name in Arabic and paste in the box given, if your name is written in English we will convert it as best as we can but there is no refund policy available if the name is misspelt. we will only accept returns for items that are faulty. We do not accept responsibility or returns if you chose the incorrect size. None custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery unused & undamaged its applied from the day which receive the product not since the day of purchase. If you return the product just because you don't like it, there will be a £5 restocking charge. This will cover the shipping which we have paid to ship the parcel & packaging. If you want to be exchange the items then you would be liable to send the send back & the postage. 

Custom necklace can not be returned or exchanged. As they are made one of one according to your preference and name, we cannot resell them.

Jewellery must be treated with care as you would do it to any other jewellery pieces that you own. Broken jewellery or if you snap the jewellery by applying severe pressure is not covered under the lifetime warranty. Scratches, wear & tear over the time is also not covered under the lifetime warranty.  If you run into issues such as manufacturing defects, rust, tarnish & colour fading. Simply reach out to us & you will receive a brand new replacement for free. 

Undeliverable & Refused Packages 

In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address, We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered. No refunds are given for packages that show a clear proof of delivery on tracking. We may re-ship an undelivered returned package upon request of the customer. Customer is responsible for the shipping fee of resending the items.
