Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order, so make sure all the details are correct & delivery address is correct.
We use Royal Mail and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
It depends on where you are. Abstract orders will take 3-5 business days & custom orders take 15-25 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-15 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If you do not received the order confirmation email in within 5 minutes then check your junk/spam folder.

Name spelling, if you would like a specific spelling please do write your name in Arabic and paste in the box given, if your name is written in English we will convert it as best as we can but there is no refund policy available if the name is misspelt. We will only accept returns for items that are faulty. We do not accept responsibility or returns if you chose the incorrect size. Custom orders cannot be returned.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
If you receive a faulty item which is highly unlikely, you will be required to return the item within 15 days of purchase, once we have received the package. We will issue you a full refund along side with shipping cost. Send us an email email@example.com to arrange a return.
Unfortunately we do not accept return or exchange for custom orders. Custom products are just made for you upon order and cannot be restocked.
