1. Name spelling, if you would like a specific spelling please do write your name in Arabic and paste in the box given, if your name is written in English we will convert it as best as we can but there is no refund policy available if the name is misspelt. we will only accept returns for items that are faulty. We do not accept responsibility or returns if you chose the incorrect size.

2. It’s unlikely event of our team being unable to source you with the purchased item, we will contact you and refund your purchase as soon as possible.

3. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Payments are to be made via PayPal & Bank transfer, We have the right to cancel orders.

5. All dispatched items include a tracking service.

6. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any point in time.

7. If you receive a faulty item which is highly unlikely, you will be required to return the item within 15 days of purchase, once we have received the package we will give you additional £3.90 along side a full refund.
